Pauline was born Pritam Kaur. Raised in Sikh temples she always knew the importance of the spiritual life within. This long journey took her to a broader view of spirituality. For 40 years, she has explored many different paths. She appreciates all the symbolisms and practices in great traditions like that in the China, Japanese healing “Reiki”, mother India and it was in Malaysia at Numerological sciences that her encounter with the well-known Lilian Too, made her also find rituals in Feng Shui for everyday mindfulness. Together with tarot, astrology and numerology sciences, her attentive experience guides you in your own search for the miraculous.
Diamond Healing Centre provides a safe environment for meditation sessions. Pauline Pritam Small has been practising spiritual counselling for more than 40 years. She is also passionate about astrology and numerology and teaches all the different types of meditation and transcendental meditation.
Pauline believes that “studies have found meditation not only reduces stress but also reshapes the brain. The more you meditate the more you become a picture of focus and calm. Meditation is the secret weapon against many ailments. Research has shown that the more you meditate the less you medicate. Meditation sharpens your focus and improves memory”. There are unlimited benefits in improving your health physically, mentally and emotionally”,with meditation.
Pauline conducts classes on Tuesdays at 10.00am and Thursdays at 6.00pm. One on one sessions are also available by appointment. Sessions always conclude with a refreshing cup of herbal tea and friendly conversation. She can be contacted on 0430 228 370.
